Day 2: Listen to Yourself



Take the time to listen to your emotions and show yourself love today!  Continue your journey of self-love with the following exercise: 

Day 2: Find a calm place to sit by yourself and just be. Step away from technology for 10 minutes, sit on a park bench or in your favorite chair, and connect with yourself. Ask yourself, "What do I need to feel good?" and don't worry about what else needs to be done.
