Take time to love yourself today! Continue your self-love practice with the following exercise:
Day 21: Allow yourself to unwind. Take a long bath, read a captivating book, enjoy a gratifying work out, or talk to someone about what is on your mind. Set aside 30 minutes or more and be kind to yourself by letting the tensions and stress out. At the same time, be ready to accept your bad days and to embrace the stress, sadness and other difficult emotions that come with life. While caring for yourself, recognize that it is normal to feel pain and sadness and allow yourself to feel these emotions without judging yourself for them.
